T&D has been monitoring China’s Anti-Monopoly Law (“AML”) legislation since 1994 when China initiated this process .We were an active participant in the drafting procedure of the AML until its enactment in August 2007.

 By 2003, some multinational firms have begun to request T&D’s legal services on anti-trust issues in China. T&D takes pride in having an honorable reputation amongst China’s competitive law practices. We have outstanding attorneys with professional backgrounds and well- developed experience in AML theory & practice. Prior tothe Anti-Monopoly Lawenactment, T&D had handled numerous anti-trust cases under the Anti-Unfair Competition Law.

As an early bird in the field of Chinese AML practice, T&D has accumulated rich experience and built up a fine reputation in Chinese AML legal service. With its competent anti-trust team, T&D has successfully assisted its clients in resolving disputes related to competition laws and provided suggestions on AML Compliance.

T&D has been involved in a wealth of academic research and projects, sponsored a series of seminars, conducted informative meetings, given speeches, and published articles on the AML. A total of fourteen (14) symposiums have been hosted or co-hosted by T&D. Every symposium focuses on one or two topics related to the AML.
