Since 1994, T&D has been monitoring AML legislative progress and development from the very beginning. In the legislative process, the articles of the AML have been modified dramatically and T&D is familiar with all the changes and the background.

Since 2003, T&D has been retained for the legal counsel by many multinational companies on China¡¯s anti-trust issues. T&D sends anti-trust memorandums to the clients on a regular basis.

Since 2005, T&D hosts and co-hosts a total of fourteen (14) competition & anti-trust law symposiums by inviting government officials, and academic researchers to discuss the core issues in China¡¯s AML theory and practice.

Good relationship & communication access with China¡¯s AML Enforcement Authorities such as the Ministry of Commerce (¡°MOFCOM¡±), the State Administration for Industry & Commerce ("SAIC"), the National Development & Reform Commission (¡°NDRC¡±).


T&D has close cooperation with the mainstream of China¡¯s AML academia circle, established good relationships with some distinguished AML scholars such as Professor Huang Yong, Professor Wang Xiaoye, Professor Sheng Jieming and Professor Wu Hanhong. These people are playing a key role in the Chinese AML legislation. Some of them are expected to be selected as members of the Anti-monopoly Committee under the State Council.


T&D has provided extensive services involving different anti-trust legal issues both domestically as well as overseas.. Our efforts in both public policy and AML reliance have led us to a prestigious reputation.


T&D has assisted oversea clients by successfully submitting Pre-notification Reports of Anti-trust Filing and secured the timely clearance in more than forty (40) M&A.


As AML is seeing growing globalization, to enhance exposure to international views and experience, T&D secures and maintains a friendly dialogue with foreign agencies by sharing understanding of anti-trust issues. These agencies includeUS Department of Justice (¡°DOJ¡±), US Federal Trade Commission (¡°FTC¡±) and the European Commissioner for Competition.
