In the Comments Column, John Yong Ren, Managing Partner of T&D Associates, stated that the AML is in pursuit of maintaining fair competition order rather than protecting competitors. The law enforcement authorities shall pay attention to this point.  In addition, enterprises shall be cautious of executing price monopoly agreements with rivals, executing fixed price agreements with distributors, making unfair high or low price in the event of holding more than 50% market share, and establishing price alliance in the name of association member.
