T&D represents one of the leading international trade practices in China, starting with China's first antidumping case in 1997, T&D has represented more than 100 multinational companies in China's international trade proceedings. T&D also counsel governments in WTO and multilateral trade disputes, and advise PRC government on its regulatory legislation.

 

 
  T&D Update
 
  On April 25, 2008, T&D assisted Dow Corning Limited (British) to cut down its margin rate from 13% to 5.4% in the determination of the Dimethyl Cyclosiloxane Interim Review.  
  On April 19, 2008, T&D and the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) co-organized the Innovation and Competition:--Forum on IPR Related Antitrust Rules.  

 T&D was introduced in the <Chambers Asia> - Guideline of Asia's Leading Lawyers for Business. 

 On March 2, 2007, T&D assisted Dow Chemical Company and OPTIMAL Chemicals (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia) to win the non-injury determination of the Butanol case.
   On January 31, 2007, T&D assisted Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation and HANWHA Chemical Corporation (Korea) to win the non- injury determination of the Octanol case.
