China's first antidumping case. Our lawyers and professionals are
particularly experienced in this field and have successfully represented
many multinationals targeted by China's antidumping investigations. |

1997, T&D Associates became the first law firm to represent
a Canadian company in China¨s first antidumping
investigation on newsprint from Canada, USA and Korea.

In 2000, T&D Associates
assisted our clients in signing China¨s first antidumping
suspension agreement in the antidumping investigation into
stainless steel, which maintained the foreign exporters¨
market share in China. |

In 2001, T&D
Associates represented twelve out of the fifteen responding
companies as well as the Japanese, Korean and Thai
Governments throughout the Polystyrene case. On behalf of
our clients, we won the first ever no injury determination
in MOFTEC/SETC preliminary findings and successfully
terminated the investigation. |

| In 2002,
T&D assisted our
client in launching China's first antidumping
review proceeding of the PET film case. We requested that MOFTEC re-calculate the dumping margin of our client, which
allowed us to successfully lower our client's dumping margin
to 0%. |

In 2003, T&D
Associates assisted Aekyung Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a
Korean based company, to receive a margin of 0% in the
final determination of the Phthalic Anhydride case. |

In 2003, T&D
Associates assisted Asahi Co., Ltd., a Japanese based
company, to receive a dumping margin of 0% in the final
determination of the SBR case. |
|

In 2003, T&D
Associates assisted LG Chem, Mitsui and NPU to receive the
lowest dumping margin in the final determinations of the PVC
case, the TDI case and the Phenol case respectively. |

In 2003, T&D
Associates assisted all the responding companies (BASF,
Kumho-Mitsui, Mitsui Takeda, NUP and Sumika-Bayer) in the
termination of the MDI antidumping investigation. |

On November 14,
2004, with the assistance of T&D Associates Optimal Chemical
(Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Dow Chemical¨s subsidiary in Malaysia)
won the lowest dumping margin among all responding companies
in the final determination of the Ethanolamine case. |

November 30, 2004, with the assistance of T&D Associates Dow
Chemical and Vulcan signed the Price Undertaking Agreement
with MOFCOM for the Chloroform case, which maintained the
clients¨ market share in China. |

On January 1,
2005, with the assistance of T&D Associates Corning Inc. won
the lowest dumping margin of 1.51% (de minimis, no dumping
duty will be paid) among all responding companies from the
US, Japan and Korea in the Optical Fiber case. |

On April 28,
2005, with the assistance of T&D Associates INVISTA Far
Eastern Co., Ltd. (formerly DuPont Far Eastern Co., Ltd.)
received a dumping margin of 0% in the final determination
of the Nylon 6, 66 case. |

On September
21, 2005, with the assistance of T&D Associates Dow Chemical
Company, a US based company, received a dumping margin of
4.3% in the preliminary determination of the ECH case. |
|
|
On November
16, 2005, with the assistance of T&D Associates, Exxon Mobil
Corporation received the lowest dumping margin of 3% among
all the responding companies in the preliminary
determination of the EPDM case. |
|
|
On January
16, 2006, with the assistance of T&D Associates, Dow Corning
Corporation (US) and Dow Corning Limited (British) received
the lowest dumping margin among all the responding companies
in the final determination of the Dimethyl Cyclosiloxane
case. |
|
On January
31, 2007, with the assistance of T&D Associates, Mitsubishi
Chemical Corporation and HANWHA Chemical Corporation (Korea)
won a non-injury determination for the Octonal case. |
|
Most
recently, on March 2, 2007, with the assistance of T&D
Associates, the Dow Chemical Company and OPTIMAL Chemicals
(Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. won a non- injury determination for
Butanol case. |

to the questionnaire, submitting the non-injury and exclusion
arguments and presenting their case in the public hearing. These
efforts achieved substantially positive effects. |
