Most of our firm’s partners hold Master’s degrees from prestigious Chinese and American law schools. Some of them have been admitted by the State of New York Bar to practice law in New York, USA.  Three partners have practiced at various leading international law firms in New York, Washington D.C. and Hong Kong.  All attorneys of T&D Associates have received degrees from China's top law schools and each brings a wealth of legal experiences to the firm.  The diverse experiences and educational backgrounds of individual attorneys allows the firm to offer a broad range of professional legal services to meet the needs of clients in the fast-paced and ever changing environment of the People's Republic of China.
