 LEGAL PRACTICE EXPERIENCE

--Since 1997, counsel to a number of multinational companies in the field of antidumping & safeguard, representing 40 out

of the 48 Chinese antidumping cases;

--In 1997, Counsel to a Canada company, Eletcher Challenge Ltd., in China¡¯s first anti-dumping case;

--In 2000, assisted in signing China¡¯s first antidumping suspension agreement in the antidumping investigation into

Stainless Steel case, and succeeded in maintaining the foreign exporters¡¯ market share in China;

--In 2001, counsel to 12 responding companies, as well as the governments of Japan, Korea and Thailand in the AD

investigation into Polystyrene case, and succeeded in winning the first ¡°no injury¡± preliminary determination;

--In 2003, counsel to a Korean company in the Phthalic Anhydride Anti-dumping case and received a dumping margin of 0%;

--In 2003 counsel to a Japanese company to receive a dumping margin of 0% in the final determination of the SBR case;

--In 2003 counsel to multinational company in the termination of the MDI anti-dumping investigation;

--In 2004, counsel to multinational company to obtain the lowest dumping margin in the EOA case;

--In 2004, counsel to multinational company to sign the Price Undertaking with MOFCOM in Chloroform case;

--In 2005, counsel to multinational company to win the lowest dumping margin of 1.51% in Optical Fiber case;

--In 2005, counsel to multinational company to receive a dumping margin of 0% in the Nylon 6,66 case;

--In 2005, counsel to multinational company to receive the lowest dumping margin of 3% in EPDM case;

--In 2006, counsel to multinational company to receive the lowest dumping margin in Dimethy Cyclosilixane case;

--In 2007, counsel to multinational company to win a non-injury determination for the Octobal case;

Counsel to multinational company to win a non-injury determination in the Butanol case.
