With the assistance of antitrust team at T&D Associates, on February 7, 2013, one US company and four HK companies successfully got MOFCOM's antitrust clearance within the preliminary review phase (three days before the end of Phase I).

This is a rare achievement for nowadays most of the cases will enter into Phase II for the antitrust review, while our case is approved within Phase I. It is ranked fourth in terms of obtaining clearance before the end of Phase I in the record of T&D antitrust filings, illustrating the ever growing professionalism and proficiency of T&D in its antitrust practice.

T&D spared no efforts in setting wise strategies, completing a good antitrust notification in a short amount of time, responding to MOFCOM's follow-up inquiries at the top speed and keeping close communication and cooperation with MOFCOM.
