Experience 

Ms. Zhang joined T&D Associates in August 2013, prior to which, she was awarded LL. B by Peking University and LL.M by Cornell Law School.  Ms.  Zhang focuses on antitrust practicing, and has successfully assisted several multinational companies in merger filing reviews, antitrust investigations and antidumping investigations, including Qualcomm, Western digital, Mitsubishi, Wilmar, Siemens, PotashCorp, Tronox, Accenture, Sanofi, Bayer, NVIDIA, etc.

Antitrust Area

Ms. Zhang has represented and assisted a number of multinational and domestic companies in successfully responding to antitrust investigations initiated by Chinese law enforcement agencies regarding cartels and abuse of dominant position. She also provides antitrust compliance consulting services for enterprises. 

Ms. Zhang has handled several conditionally approved cases and high-profile merger filing cases. And she is the Monitoring Trustee in several conditionally approved cases.

Anti-Dumping Area

Assisted multinational companies in a couple of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases. Representative cases are as follows:

EOA anti-dumping case;

Solar-Grade Polysilicon anti-dumping and anti-subsidy cases;

Optical Fiber anti-dumping case;

Pulp anti-dumping case.
