Experiences
Since joined in T&D in 2007, Ms. Zhang handled a couple of anti-dumping investigations initiated by Ministry of Commerce of the PRC for several US and EU companies. After Anti-Monopoly Law entering into effective since 2008, Ms. Zhang started only focusing on the area of antitrust and competition. She has assisted a number of multinational enterprises in merger notifications and antitrust investigations in China.
